During my trip to Japan, the standout experience was the small Japanese restaurant at this hotel. Despite the language barrier, the chef and I found common ground through our love for sashimi, creating a truly authentic and heartfelt connection. The hotel staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room and providing excellent service. The non-smoking room was clean and free from any scent. The helpful staff assisted us in making restaurant reservations and the on-site parking was affordable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the underground walk and a short walk to the JR station.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located conveniently near the city centre and within walking distance of the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. the underground walking street nearby is a bonus and helps to get around during winter. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with basic toiletries provided, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
One aspect that could be improved is the language proficiency of some of the staff, which might be challenging for international travelers who do not speak the local language.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and surrounded by all the city's attractions. I especially loved the underground walkway that connected three main stations and led me directly to the hotel. It made getting around so convenient and hassle-free. Plus, the view of the Former Hokkaido Government Office on the way was a lovely bonus. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Everything was so clean and tidy, it made for a truly restful night's sleep.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Convenient location and comfortable room
The hotel is conveniently located near many facilities, such as convenience stores and public transportation. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, such as air conditioning and toiletries. Additionally, the room had large windows that allowed for great natural light and great views.
The staff was not very friendly and seemed to lack hospitality. The language barrier certainly didn't help and made communication difficult. Additionally, the prices seemed high compared to other hotels in the area. while the hotel was convenient and comfortable, it was let down by the unfriendly staff and high prices.
